See the work clearly. Keep it moving.

When information is scattered across messages and spreadsheets, it is hard to know where work stands. A custom internal system brings tasks, customers and reports together so your team can coordinate and make informed decisions.

The information and tools your team needs, together.

We map the daily work and design around the people doing it: what they need to see, which actions they take and how they track progress.

A map of the current process

We start from what happens now — who enters, who approves, where things stall. The system is designed around that, not around someone else's template.

Users and permissions

Roles, permissions and access by team. Everyone sees what their work needs, and no more.

Work tracking

Statuses, owners and dates in one place. The state of the work is visible without asking who is handling what.

Reports and documents

Reports built from the data itself, and documents — quotes, approvals, summaries — generated straight out of the system.

Your existing data, imported

What already lives in spreadsheets moves in, so the system starts with your history rather than empty.

Works on a phone

The same system in the browser and on mobile, in right-to-left Hebrew — for teams that are not sitting at a desk.

Handover and code access

Documentation, a short walkthrough for the team, and full access to the code. The system stays yours.

From business need to working product.

01

Understand the business and define the goal

We start with what you need to change, who will use the product and what a useful result looks like. That gives us the essential features and priorities for the project.

02

Agree on scope, budget and timing

You receive a written proposal covering what will be built, what it costs and when it will be delivered. Any change to the scope is discussed and priced together before work begins on it.

03

Build, launch and hand over

You see progress throughout the build and review the product before launch. Handover includes documentation and full code access, with ongoing support and development available as needed.

Before we get started.

What is the difference between an internal system and an app?

An app ships through the stores and usually serves customers or field staff; an internal system is a management surface for the team and opens in a browser. Some projects need both.

Can it connect to the tools we already pay for?

Invoicing services, customer management tools and spreadsheets can be connected where their interfaces support it. We check the available options during scoping.

What happens to the data already in our spreadsheet?

We review the data structure and plan the import as part of the project. Any cleaning or reformatting needed is included in the scope upfront.

Can a custom system suit a small business?

Yes, when it solves a clear need. We can start with one key workflow and expand as your needs and budget develop.

Who maintains it after handover?

You can continue with me, or with any other developer — the code and the documentation are yours.

Tell me how you manage the work today and where it slows down. We'll explore what a system should handle and a practical starting scope for your team.
